GSV’s (General Support Vouchers)
A flexible contracted voucher-based support option, each voucher giving up to 2 hours on-site or remote and across single or multiple technologies depending on your requirements. SLA (Service Level Agreement) can be from 8x5xNBD to 24x7x4.
We cover a wide range of manufacturers including Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Citrix, Dell, Fortinet, HPE, Juniper, Microsoft, NetApp and VMware, to name but a few. Our proficiencies expand across various technologies such as cloud computing, networking, cyber security, unified communications, virtualisation and wireless technology.
It’s labour only, parts will only be supplied as additional when required, so a perfect option when you need additional support on an as-and-when basis but don’t want to extend to a fully contracted maintenance service. This option can be used to top up an existing resource in terms of time and/or skillsets.
