Resource on demand for projects such as switch and router installations, server migrations, desktop deployments etc. We’re really happy to get involved right from the start with the design, integration and migration of complex solutions, or mass technology development. We manage the project for you to ensure successful delivery. Our fully qualified technical resources can be implemented onsite or remotely from 1 day upwards, sustainably delivered, with optional full carbon footprint accounting.
Resource as-a-Service
Technically qualified resources on short, medium or long-term contracts. This option is particularly effective for either where more ‘boots on the ground’ are needed for scenarios that are not expected to be permanent, or more help is required long term but taking on full-time additional personnel is not viable. This service can be across single or multiple technologies, onsite or remotely, and is sustainably delivered with optional full carbon footprint accounting.
General Support Vouchers
Flexible voucher-based labour-only support, on-site or remote and across single or multiple technologies depending on your requirements. SLA (Service Level Agreement) can be from 8x5xNBD to 24x7x4. A perfect option when you need additional support on an as-and-when basis but don’t want to extend to a fully contracted maintenance service. As with all of our services, it is sustainably delivered with optional full carbon footprint accounting.
